Custom Entry Installation for Employee Appreciation Event
Last winter, HDSCreative partnered with a leading U.S. automotive manufacturer to develop a custom entry feature for an employee appreciation event. The goal was to create a memorable first impression that set the tone before guests even entered the venue.
Our team designed and built a custom tunnel structure integrated with a dynamic lighting system using forty-eight Astera Titan Tubes. The fixtures were pixel mapped to create animated lighting effects that shifted as guests moved through the space, transforming the entry into an immersive experience rather than a simple pass-through.
HDSCreative supported the project from concept through execution. Our scope included creative design, fabrication, lighting programming, system integration, equipment procurement, crew coordination, on-site operation, and strike. By managing each phase internally, we ensured the installation was executed cleanly, operated reliably, and aligned with the overall vision of the event.
